Kitty Hawk Kites Contributes AeroTows, Lessons, and Eco-Tours To The Pilot Raffle

Bruce Weaver, head of the Hang Gliding Department at Kitty Hawk Kites, and Debbie Luke, Events Coordinator, have once again provided a package of hang gliding tows, lessons, and kayaking eco-tours for us to use as prizes at our Festival's Pilot Raffle.

The certificates they've sent, for a tandem aerotow, three solo tows, a dune lesson, and two kayaking eco-tours, have a combined value of $325, which puts the total for the raffle at well over $2000, woo-hoo!

The tandem and dune lessons would be a great way to introduce a friend or family member to the sport of hang-gliding during a trip to the Outer Banks. I know that lots of pilots head down that way for the annual Hang Gliding Spectacular in May; you might be the lucky one to score some free fun for your next trip if you register today.

Bruce and the gang at Kitty Hawk Kites have supported our Hang Gliding Festival for five consecutive years. So if you do happen to travel there during the upcoming year, please seek out Bruce and Debbie and let them know how much we appreciate their support!
