Jim and Maggie Palmieri at SkyDog Publications have generously donated two copies of both their books Hang Gliding Spectacular: Fantastic Flying Stories and Sky Adventures: Stories Of Our Heritage for use at our Pilot Raffle. This is the third year that they've supported our Festival.
Spectacular is a collection of great flying stories, by great hang glider pilots. This book also includes a cool CD, containing photos, videos, and illustrations.
Sky Adventures is a collection of hang-gliding and paragliding tales from the early days of both sports. Contributors to this book include Frances Rogallo, Mike Meier, Dennis Pagen, Paul Gazis, Gil Dodgen, the list seems endless.
