Parking Information

First, visit our Directions web page for detailed directions on how to get to the Pulpit (the Festival's launch site) and the Landing Zone. You might also find the Pulpit area map helpful.

Then review the information below regarding parking at these two locations.

Launch Area

Here's a map of parking areas that you can use for the Festival. Please do not park along the access road leading to the launch site from the Mountain House, as it inconveniences nearby residents.

Landing Zone

There are also some parking restrictions in the LZ. After you turn left off of South Seventh Street and into the field, do not proceed more than 100 feet along the dirt road that parallels the field's edge. The land owner is concerned about erosion of the road, as well as compaction of the field. If you land in the middle of the field, you must carry your glider and gear to the edge.
