FISHER ROAD - WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

I hereby acknowledge that I assume full responsibility for any injury suffered while engaging in the activity of hang gliding on the property known as FISHER ROAD and/or the Landing Zone owned by the Daniels. I hereby waive any legal rights that may occur as the result of any injury I may suffer while flying a hang glider on or across said property.

This constitutes a waiver of my legal rights and is an agreement that I will not pursue any other legal remedies. I further agree that I will limit my use of the designated property to engaging in the activity of hang gliding, and I agree to use the designated property only in accordance with all rules pertaining to the sport of hang gliding on the property set out by the governing committee.

My signature below certifies that I have read this waiver and agree to abide by its provisions. I understand that, but for the execution of this Waiver of Liability and Release Form, I would not be permitted to engage in the activity of hang gliding on the property of the above-named property owners. This release form shall remain in force until such time as it is rescinded by written notification.
