NOW, THEREFORE, with intent to be legally bound and in consideration thereof, the Releasor agrees as follows:
On behalf of himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, he hereby fully releases and discharges Releasees, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, from all rights, claims, and actions which he and his above-mentioned successors may have as a result of personal injury or damage to property sustained as a consequence of participation in hang gliding and paragliding related activities on the property of Releasees.
This release is freely and voluntarily executed without inducements, promises, or representations made by Releasees, their above-named representatives, or attorney.
